Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of innovative AI-powered applications using Python.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of backend architecture, real-time systems, and Python development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement scalable Python-based backend services for AI-driven applications.
  2. Lead developers through all phases of development from concept to deployment.
  3. Develop APIs using FastAPI with robust validation using Pydantic and asynchronous capabilities.
  4. Implement ORM and migrations using SQLAlchemy and Alembic.
  5. Integrate task queues using Celery and background processing effectively.
  6. Build and optimize database systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and related tools.
  7. Integrate LLMs into backend systems to support conversational AI capabilities.
  8. Use AI/NLP libraries such as NLTK, scikit-learn in production-level applications.
  9. Implement containerization using Docker and maintain version control with Git.
  10. Contribute to and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth and reliable deployments.
  11. Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality maintainable and well-documented code.

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of experience in Python backend development preferably in AI product environments.
  • Proven experience in designing backend architectures from scratch for real-time or intelligent systems.
  • Strong knowledge of FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, Celery, Purest, LLM-specific libraries, AI/ML-related Python libraries, and database design best practices.
  • Familiarity with containerization using Docker and basic knowledge of CI/CD tools and Git workflows.
  • Experience deploying and integrating LLM-powered applications into production.
