Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Expert to lead our accounting function.

This key role involves overseeing the complete accounting process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounting function, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, and other related tasks.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in accounts and finance, with a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting.

You will also oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Function

Manage the entire accounting process, from start to finish.

Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Financial Reporting

Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.

Provide timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders.

Leadership and Team Development

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team.

Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

Establish and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.
