The Reference Data Management Analyst is responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, analysis and quality assurance of reference data across financial products including equities, derivatives, money markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and managing reference data for various financial instruments such as equities, options, futures, swaps and derivatives.
  • Ensuring accuracy completeness and timeliness of reference data across internal systems and databases.
  • Developing and implementing data quality checks resolving discrepancies and remediating anomalies.
  • Collecting and preparing data quality metrics for management reporting purposes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Relevant bachelor's degree in finance or business administration.
  • Basic knowledge of financial market concepts and instruments including equities, derivatives and money markets.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills along with attention to detail organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with global teams and multiple stakeholders.
