Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with expertise in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining ETL processes to ensure efficient data flow and transformation. Additionally, they will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate various data sources into MS-Fabric, ensuring data consistency, quality, and accessibility across different platforms.

In this role, the Data Engineer will also be responsible for managing and optimizing databases (SQL and NoSQL) to support high-performance queries and data storage requirements. They will implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.

Furthermore, the Data Engineer will create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes, pipelines, and infrastructure. They will troubleshoot and resolve issues in data pipelines, data lakes, and warehousing solutions, providing timely support and maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Data Engineering: Strong experience with data pipeline development, ETL processes, and database management.
  • Cloud Computing: Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
  • Programming Languages: Expertise in languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
