About the Role:
Haleon is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our ERP Application Capability Centre in our GCC Hubs. As a key member of our Tech strategy team, you will play a critical role in optimizing supply chain processes and enhancing business efficiency.
The successful candidate will have expertise in SAP APO modules, including Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP), and Global Available to Promise (GATP). They will be responsible for managing the Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and High Level Procurement activities, and will act as a catalyst between IT, Regional Planning team and Global Planning team to drive the operational plan with minimal errors.
Key responsibilities include working closely with business stakeholders to gain insights, directions and requirements to plan, execute and monitor multiple engagements pertaining to value addition to business, risk and compliance operations. The ideal candidate will be able to address complex planning scenarios related to demand forecasting, inventory management, and production scheduling, and will have experience in creating APO architecture of integration, selection and transfer of master data as initial data transfer and change transfer with corresponding customizing settings.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ yrs of expert hands-on experience in deploying at least 2 full lifecycle SAP APO implementations
- Ability to communicate on deep technical terminology as well as business level and to translate between them
- Strong interpersonal skills and capability of working effectively in large, complex cross-functional teams
- SAP certification in APO module preferred
What You Will Do:
- Develop a product roadmap in partnership with business stakeholders aligned with the broader Tech strategy and wider business objectives
- Translate business requirements into specific technical solutions in order to support configuration and custom development where required, aligned with the global template and broader Tech strategy
- Configure, test, implement, and support SAP APO modules, including Global Available to Promise (GATP), Demand Planning (DP), and Supply Network Planning (SNP)
- Monitor customer program/consignment inventory globally, ensuring performance targets are met
- Lead small to medium-sized projects within their domain and use their expertise in cross-functional teams to produce project deliverables, such as design, build and testing
