Intelligent Systems Developer

About the Role

We're looking for a talented developer to lead a critical function within our platform, delivering technical direction and feature roadmap. You'll work with exceptional talent, shaping the team to best execute on the product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to software component design and development for autonomous AI agents, using tools like Python or other backend code powering agent workflows in cloud-native environments.
  • Implement features supporting agentic capabilities like tool use, memory, long-term planning, task execution, and self-reflection, integrating with state-of-the-art LLMs and agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Assist in building interfaces between agents and tools like APIs, databases, search engines, and user-facing applications.
  • Participate in Agile development workflows and collaborate across AI, product, and engineering teams, working with structured and unstructured data for context-aware reasoning and decision-making in agents.
  • Contribute to internal testing tools and evaluation methods for autonomous agent behaviors, supporting deployment of agent systems in scalable environments using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud services.
Requirements:
  • A strong interest in Agentic AI systems where AI agents can interpret goals, take actions, and learn from outcomes, with at least 13 years of experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML, intelligent systems, or cloud-native applications.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Python, Go, Java, or C++, exposure to LLMs and AI APIs, and understanding of prompting, embeddings, or vector databases.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, backend service design, and microservice architectures, familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure, especially in deploying containerized applications.
  • Ability to write clean, testable code and follow best practices in code reviews and version control, clear communication skills with a willingness to ask questions, propose ideas, and collaborate across teams.
About You
  • A BS degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related technical field, strong problem-solving skills and a solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with cloud tools and platforms, especially Kubernetes and Docker, exposure to agentic frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar tools, curiosity and excitement about building intelligent systems that act autonomously and adaptively.
