Senior Wealth Management Leadership Opportunity

The role of a Senior Wealth Manager is a senior leadership position responsible for guiding and managing a team of high-performing wealth managers across assigned locations.

This position focuses on driving significant growth in assets under management (AUM) and assets under advice (AUA) by acquiring and managing HNI/UHNI relationships, delivering strategic investment solutions, and ensuring exceptional client experiences.

Candidates must have a minimum existing AUM book of ₹75–100 Cr (across mutual funds, PMS, and AIF). Preference will be given to candidates who can onboard an existing performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of wealth managers to achieve and exceed business targets.
  • Align team objectives with organizational goals, ensuring effective communication with senior leadership.
  • Drive targeted acquisition strategies for HNI and UHNI clients.
  • Support team members in closing high-value deals and onboarding marquee clients.
  • Deliver tailor-made wealth management solutions across asset classes including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, insurance, and alternate investments.
  • Maintain high client engagement through market insights and proactive recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in finance, business administration, or related field (MBA/CFP/CFA preferred).
  • 10–12 years of experience in wealth management/private banking, with at least 3 - 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Minimum AUM book of ₹75–100 Cr (across mutual funds, PMS, AIF) is mandatory.
  • PREFERENCE FOR CANDIDATES CAPABLE OF BRINGING ALONG A PERFORMING TEAM.
