Job Description

As a seasoned electronics professional, we are seeking an expert in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production to join our team. This role requires hands-on technical support at factories and customer sites, leading defect analysis activities, proposing improvement initiatives, and conducting research and development of new SMT technologies and processes.

  1. Technical Support: Provide on-site SMT production technical assistance at manufacturing facilities and customer locations, ensuring seamless operations and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
  2. Defect Analysis: Lead the investigation and analysis of defects, working closely with partners to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  3. Improvement Initiatives: Develop and propose improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing SMT production efficiency, quality, and productivity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and track their effectiveness.
  4. Research and Development: Conduct research, verification, and deployment of new SMT technologies and processes, staying up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  1. Education: Diploma or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 7–10 years of relevant experience in SMT engineering or technical support roles, with a strong understanding of cellular module products and SMT manufacturing processes.
  3. Knowledge and Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
