Key Account Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Sales Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and drive sales growth in the pharmaceutical industry.

As a Key Account Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts within the Corporate Hospitals sector and developing strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand business opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide regular market intelligence to senior management.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to plan and execute promotional activities, events, and seminars that enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage the daily sales process and ensure timely reporting and accurate tracking of performance against targets.
  • Lead and coach a sales team (if applicable) and focus on maximizing sales and ensuring high performance in line with company objectives.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Key Account Sales Manager, you will need:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical products, particularly Critical Care Injections or Higher Antibiotic Injections.
  • Experience managing key accounts within the Corporate Hospitals sector and a strong network within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and other reporting tools.
