Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to provide thought leadership, training and inspiration for our design team.

This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, as well as experience in managing a team of designers. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with various departments, including business development, developers, and project managers.

The successful candidate will lead regular creative sessions and foster an environment of learning amongst the team members. They will create user-centered designs by considering competitors' analysis, data, and technical constraints/opportunities.

The responsibilities of this role include creating user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to conceptualize new ideas. Additionally, they will stay up-to-date with competitor products, features, and industry trends to incorporate them into the design process.

The candidate will also perform UI/UX audits and tests to iterate over existing designs and optimize the customer/user experience on a recurring basis. Furthermore, they will simplify and distill complex processes into intuitive and elegant UI, establish and maintain detailed user-interface patterns and specifications, and work closely with developers to ensure their designs are thorough in development.

In terms of skills, the ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, back-end development logics, and SEO. They should also possess excellent communication and time management skills, as well as strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and problem-solving attitude.

The position requires 6+ years of experience in core UI UX and the ability to manage a team of 4-5 designers.
