Lead Generation Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Lead Generation Manager to drive business growth through strategic appointment generation and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B IT services sales, with expertise in lead qualification and team performance optimization. They will be responsible for leading, coaching, and managing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to meet ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitor daily performance metrics, provide actionable feedback, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with business objectives
  • Analyze outreach data, optimize lead generation strategies, and measure ROI
  • Maintain high-quality communication and professionalism across all client interactions
  • Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and training of new SDRs

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within IT services
  • At least 1–2 years of documented experience as a Team Leader or Sales Manager
  • 2 years of hands-on experience in lead qualification and appointment generation
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus
