About the Role

As a Research Executive, you will be responsible for developing research proposals that align with project objectives and delivering high-quality insights to clients.

  • Develop Research Proposals

You will work closely with our teams to design robust materials for fieldwork launches, create effective questionnaires, and manage projects from setup to execution. Additionally, you will assist in preparing initial presentations and submit timely invoices to senior/finance departments.

  • Field Work Material Preparation

In this role, you will:

  • Create detailed brief notes, budgets, and show cards for fieldwork launches.
  • Questionnaire Preparation

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing high-quality questionnaires using a structured format.
  • Collaborating with scripting teams to digitize questionnaires.
  • Project Management

You will also be responsible for:

  • Planning and executing projects efficiently, prioritizing activities according to timelines.
  • Sharing research study pre-requisites with PM teams.
  • Debriefing interviewers and POG teams on studies and questionnaires.
  • Finalizing estimates, costing, and budgeting for projects.
  • Launching projects online in necessary software.
  • Preparing analysis plans for simple projects by understanding data analysis procedures.
  • Coordinating with Project Management and Field teams.
  • Managing timely quotas.
  • Assisting seniors in preparing initial presentations.
  • Submitting timely invoices to senior/finance departments.
  • Client Management Client Servicing

In this capacity, you will:

  • Independently manage client relationships for routine matters.
  • Attend client meetings, take notes, and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Deliver accurate insights and deliverables to clients.
  • Stay updated on categories, brands, or industries related to ongoing projects.
  • Generate client satisfaction scores and testimonials.
  • Time Management

You will be expected to:

  • Follow up with support teams according to timelines.
  • Submit client deliverables on time.
  • Manage and multitask project activities.
  • Collaboration

This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, both intra- and inter-team collaboration is essential.
