Montessori Educator

As an educator in a Montessori setting, you have the opportunity to inspire young minds and foster a lifelong love of learning.

Developing lesson plans and delivering instruction to young children using Montessori materials and teaching methods is a key aspect of this role.

• Ensure a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes independent learning and holistic development.
• Monitoring and documenting student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and fellow educators is crucial.
• Collaborating with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum activities that support early childhood education principles.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a caring and patient attitude, and a passion for working with young children.

Experience in a similar role and Montessori training/certification are preferred but not required.
