Job Description

We're seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs). This is a full-time opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about solving real-world problems.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with LLMs, proficiency in prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks. They should also possess a solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and applied techniques.

You will work closely with our backend and AI engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems. Your role will involve experimentation, model evaluation, and continuous improvement cycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Develop and fine-tune prompt engineering strategies for performance optimization
  • Work on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and knowledge-grounded systems
  • Apply a wide range of ML techniques including classification, clustering, embeddings, and optimization
  • Collaborate closely with backend and AI engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems
  • Contribute to experimentation, model evaluation, and continuous improvement cycles
Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.)
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and RAG frameworks
  • Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and applied techniques
  • Familiarity with tools like LangChain, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
