About the Role

As a Product Owner, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering cutting-edge healthcare products that address critical market needs and provide exceptional value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product leadership to define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare-focused solutions.
  • Deeply understand market needs, customer pain points, and regulatory requirements within the healthcare domain.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the highest value features and epics.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
  • Participate actively in all agile ceremonies and provide guidance to the development team throughout the sprint cycle.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of relevant healthcare regulations and ensure product features are compliant.
  • Support product launches, including contributing to training materials and monitoring product performance post-launch.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Product Owner or a similar product management role, with a significant portion of this experience directly within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical processes, regulatory landscapes, and common healthcare IT systems.
  • Proven experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear user stories.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
