  • Design scalable backend systems for applications with high traffic, ensuring robust performance and reliability.
  • Write efficient, testable, and reusable code following current best practices and company coding standards.
  • Manage project priorities and deliverables with technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams on user-facing products.
  • Mentor teammates and set high technical standards.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a backend developer.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Familiarity with frameworks like Django, Fast API, or similar technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies.
  • Proficiency in Scalability and Performance Optimization.

The interview process involves multiple rounds including a discussion on experience-related topics, a coding question, and an interaction with the Founder.

The final decision will be made within 15 days.
