About the Job
As a Data Science Lead Architect, you will be joining a team transforming healthcare and improving the lives and vitality of the millions of members we serve. We leverage cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) algorithms to develop solutions for automated document processing and customer service chatbots. We are looking for Data Science Lead Architects with strong engineering, full-stack expertise to build scalable software solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build scalable software solutions using LLMs and other ML models to solve challenges in healthcare.
- Experience in implementing enterprise systems in production settings for AI, computer vision, natural language processing.
- Exposure to self-supervised learning, transfer learning, and reinforcement learning is a plus.
- Build enterprise-grade AI solutions with focus on privacy, security, fairness.
- Work with Product Development as a Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) subject matter expert and architect.
- Develop clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and presentations.
Requirements:
- Overall 6+ years of experience.
- 5 years of Full stack engineering expertise with languages like C#, Python.
- Proficiency in designing architecture, building API Integrations, configuring and deploying cloud services.
- Experience in implementing enterprise systems in production settings for AI, computer vision, natural language processing.
- Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Lang chain, Llama Index.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.

You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be willing to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
