We're seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our Data Service Operations Management (DSOM) team. As a key member of this team, you'll be working on HelixGPT, a cutting-edge generative AI solution designed for IT, HR, enterprise service management, and operations use cases.
The role combines traditional data science responsibilities with cutting-edge model development. You'll be responsible for building prototypes using various technologies, developing quantitative models to support predictive assessments, and communicating findings to stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you'll need 5+ years of experience in Python, familiarity with Package Managers like pip and conda, and expertise in prompt writing using OpenAI and Open-Source models. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with the LangChain framework, proficiency in integrating with OpenAI models and Open-Source models, and exposure to vector databases and advanced RAG.
You'll also work closely with our team to develop innovative solutions, leveraging the latest techniques in GenAI such as LORA adaptors, PEFT, and quantization. Experience with deep learning, machine learning, optimization, and statistical models using frameworks like Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, and MXNet is essential. Natural language processing and its application are also crucial skills for this role.
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹1,971,450 to ₹3,285,750 per annum, based on your qualifications and experience. Our benefits package includes a variable plan and country-specific perks. We're committed to ensuring fair compensation and transparency in our hiring process.
