Local Project Coordinator Job Summary

Our organization is seeking a part-time Local Project Coordinator to support a Global Pro Bono program in Bengaluru, India. The selected candidate will provide project management and logistical support to a team of corporate volunteers providing pro bono consulting services to local social sector organizations.

Project Management and Logistical Support

  • Identify and select host client organizations, develop Scope of Works, and ensure stakeholder meetings are arranged.
  • Support host client organizations, participate in conference calls, and advise corporate volunteers on SOW delivery.
  • Act as the interface between our organization and partner organizations, including regular correspondence with staff and stakeholders.
  • Prepare financial and final program reports, and assist with procurement and negotiation of accommodations and transportation for corporate volunteers.
