The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with donors to promote a culture of giving in India
  • Maintaining and expanding the database of individuals for the organization
  • Regular follow-ups with donors to convert them into long-term supporters
  • Providing accurate and effective information to donors
  • Meeting monthly targets

Ideal Profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Prior experience in tele-calling or fundraising
  • Target-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills
  • Good planning and teamwork abilities
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
