Job Title: Solution Architect – DevOps

Key Role Highlights:
  • Drive the design, implementation, and management of our SCM suite and DevOps platform.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure & Platform Engineering:
    • Design, integrate, and manage SCM tools (Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible).
    • Standardize and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support multiple applications and teams.
  • Platform Reliability & Performance:
    • Build and maintain a highly available platform ensuring 24/7 uptime with zero downtime during core business hours.
    • Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization frameworks.
  • Disaster Recovery & Data Security:
    • Design and implement a disaster recovery strategy with a one-hour RTO.
    • Automate backup and restoration processes ensuring 100% data recovery.
  • Security Compliance & Governance:
    • Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) across systems and pipelines.
    • Enforce data encryption standards (data at rest, in transit, cryptographic key management).
    • Ensure compliance with corporate and industry security standards.
  • Identity & Access Management:
    • Integrate Okta SSO and implement OAuth/SAML-based authentication.
    • Manage secure authentication and authorization for developers, admins, and service accounts.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Partner with Dev, Infra, and Security teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
    • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to DevOps and platform engineers.
