Part-Time Online Educator Opportunity

We are seeking experienced educators to join our team as part-time online instructors. As an educator, you will work independently to support students enrolled in Bachelor's level programs at top Australian and Asian universities.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, ICT Management, or a related field, with industry experience. They should also possess 5+ years of teaching experience in programming courses, specifically cloud technologies, big data, or data engineering courses.

Apart from the required qualifications, we value candidates who possess excellent communication skills, a warm and outgoing personality, and the ability to work closely with people from diverse cultures.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Deliver weekly lectures on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark).
  • Provide subject matter guidance to students.
  • Assess student work and provide feedback.
  • Support students in learning skills like academic writing, research, and time management.

This is a part-time role requiring approximately 5-6 hours of work per week, scheduled over weekends. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, ICT Management, or a related field.

  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Data Engineer) desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
