We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team in a challenging role.

This position involves working with complex systems, identifying areas for improvement, and developing innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, including proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and API development.

Additionally, they should have experience with Decipher programming and be able to build and maintain tools and utilities used by survey programmers, project managers, and field/data processing teams.

The successful candidate will also have excellent problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot issues, and a strong understanding of the Forsta/Decipher platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and implement new approaches and functions to improve and streamline existing procedures.
  • Assist with process automation and improvement by developing tools and utilities.
  • Provide guidance on Decipher functionality and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues relating to the Forsta/Decipher platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in Decipher programming.
  • Strong experience in Python, JavaScript/Jquery, and API.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
