As a Visual Design Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design vision and execution across our marketing initiatives. Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams, you will be responsible for creating compelling and cohesive experiences across our digital platforms.

With a strong focus on user-centered design, you will lead and mentor a high-performing design team to deliver visually stunning and impactful designs that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and evolve the visual and interaction design direction for all marketing touchpoints.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive user experiences and alignment across product communication.
  • Manage the planning, tracking, and timely delivery of design projects across multiple initiatives.
  • Strengthen user research and usability testing practices to inform data-driven design decisions.
  • Develop and optimize design processes, tools, and documentation for greater efficiency and consistency.
Requirements:
  • Strategic thinker with strong visual design skills and user empathy.
  • Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Hands-on understanding of development tools and environments (frontend/backend knowledge is a plus).
  • Passionate about high-quality visual design and typography.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholder expectations.
  • 7+ years of experience in UI/UX, Interaction Design, or Product Design.
  • Proven track record leading website redesigns, brand revamps, or large-scale digital initiatives.
  • Prior experience with SaaS products and working with international teams.
  • Experience managing, mentoring, and scaling design teams.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and impactful visual storytelling.
