We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Associate to join our team at Hemkunt Foundation. As a critical member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for securing resources and building strategic partnerships that support our mission to deliver humanitarian aid to marginalized communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to secure resources from corporate CSR initiatives and High Net Worth Individuals
  • Maintain relationships with key donors and stakeholders to ensure ongoing support and engagement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support fundraising efforts and contribute to the growth of our philanthropic network

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in client-facing roles, preferably in fundraising or a related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A commitment to excellence and accuracy, with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to remain flexible when working on multiple projects simultaneously
