We're seeking skilled Life & Wellness Coaches to join our global network as 1099 contract providers.

Our coaches partner with members in a safe, non-judgemental space that facilitates exploration and growth. They deliver tele-coaching sessions to support adults in developing insights and skills necessary to create meaningful change and thrive in life's challenges.

The ideal candidate will possess a globally recognized coaching certification and have a minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience. They'll be adaptable, culturally competent, and empathetic in their approach.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide structured life and/or wellness coaching sessions via video or phone
  • Support clients in setting goals, building confidence, and taking action to achieve personal growth and well-being
  • Maintain a calendar displaying availability and keep track of session notes in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with our dedicated support teams for assistance when needed
Who We Are Looking For:
  • A certified coach with extensive experience in evidence-based modalities such as NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry
  • Comfortable with technology and telehealth competency
  • Committed to quality care, growth, and expansion of capabilities through client feedback
  • Able to work independently while appreciating team support and collaboration opportunities
