Instrumentation and Electrical Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation and Electrical Specialist to lead our team in developing, assigning, and managing maintenance strategies for field instrumentation equipment.

The ideal candidate will support asset reliability by creating and implementing equipment strategy across various asset classes.

This role is responsible for:

  1. Performing engineering activities covering key areas of instrumentation technology, including field instruments, control and shutdown valves, analyzers, and control systems.
  2. Reviewing and updating equipment maintenance strategy for instrumentation, such as transmitters, control valves, flow meters, and analyzers.
  3. Collaborating with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure alignment of maintenance strategies with operational priorities.
  4. Understanding asset criticality analysis and asset strategy management.
  5. Developing knowledge of preventive, predictive, condition monitoring tasks related to assets.
  6. Standardizing instrumentation maintenance procedures and test intervals across similar asset classes.
  7. Maintaining skilled instrument maintenance techniques, understanding preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of field instrumentation, including control valves, on-off valves, and various field instruments.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • Instrumentation and electrical maintenance and inspection experience.
  • Field instrumentation preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.

  • Asset Performance Management
