Technical Leadership Opportunity

We're seeking an accomplished technologist to spearhead our engineering team. As a leader, you will be responsible for shaping the digital backbone of sports facilities and players across India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire technology function – strategy, execution, and delivery.
  • Establish industry-standard code quality, testing, deployment, and scalability processes.
  • Architect and oversee new feature development to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Mentor and upskill a young, enthusiastic team of developers.
  • Collaborate closely with product and business teams to translate vision into technical solutions.
  • Take ownership of system performance, security, and scalability as the company grows.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years leading teams.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in modern tech stacks (Node.js, React, AWS, microservices, databases).
  • Proven experience scaling consumer-facing or marketplace products.
  • Ability to establish and enforce development best practices.
  • A builder's mindset – comfortable switching between strategy and execution.
  • Great communicator and mentor who thrives in fast-paced, growing environments.
