Job Title: Advanced System Integrator

Role Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an advanced system integrator.
  • This role involves configuring and implementing complex systems based on business requirements.
  • The successful candidate will lead and manage end-to-end configuration cycles, ensuring smooth system deployment and performance optimization.
  • Key responsibilities include designing and delivering integration solutions between enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, supply chain applications).
  • Collaboration with stakeholders, business analysts, and functional consultants is essential in defining configuration strategies.
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance in system proactive management, monitoring, and performance tuning is also a key aspect of this role.
  • Troubleshooting configuration and integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations, is critical to success.
  • Supporting testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT) by creating test cases, validating results, and ensuring issue resolution is also a responsibility of the advanced system integrator.
  • Preparing technical documentation, configuration manuals, and integration guidelines is essential for knowledge sharing and onboarding new team members.
  • Training and mentoring junior team members and providing subject-matter expertise to cross-functional teams is also an important aspect of this role.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in system configuration and implementation.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale deployments with various systems.
  • In-depth understanding of integration requirements and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of proactive monitoring and optimization techniques.
  • Experience working in multi-country or region-specific configurations.
  • Exposure to supply chain/logistics domain solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in system configuration, implementation, and integration.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
