Key Account Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with large customers from our reseller book of business.

You will need to map target organizations at the departmental level to succeed in this role. Your primary goal will be to understand customers' business needs, pain points, and offer solutions to foster long-term partnerships that drive business growth.

Managing the opportunity pipeline from week to week, providing accurate and timely updates to management on progress and outlook is essential. You will be responsible and measured on how well you execute on key products such as Acrobat, Acrobat AI, Express, and Acrobat Sign.

To figure out expansion opportunities in an account, you will research customer contracts and purchasing history in our various customer management systems and external sources such as LinkedIn and ZoomInfo. Then devise customized connect strategies based on the account plan, identify segments with a high propensity for Adobe's solutions, and plan customer outreach and meetings.

Sell into multiple levels of an organization, performing outbound prospecting to existing customers to identify new business relationships. Engage customers daily via Teams or video calls, conducting extensive account reviews. During these reviews, understand clients' strategic goals, challenges, and pain points, and propose tailored solutions to address them.

Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with clients' business objectives, lead negotiations and pricing discussions to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Serve as a trusted advisor ensuring the successful deployment of products, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to maintain positive client relationships.
