Job Title: Process Specialist

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical individual with strong organizational skills to manage intercompany COE activities. The successful candidate will have experience in financial transaction recording, statutory reporting regulations, and tax regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Process journal entries, reconcile variances, and perform analysis on Mark to Market related entries.
    • Manage general ledger close activities, balance sheet reconciliation in Blackline, and process timely Audit requests.
    • Identify process gaps in distribution of invoice flow between trading partners, ensure responsible teams are accountable, and communicate necessary actions.
    • Maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, and business partners by responding directly to their queries.
    • Apply operational knowledge to identify improvement opportunities in execution to drive operational excellence and data integrity.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
  • Qualified CA CMA with 5+ years post-qualification or Graduation with relevant RTR experience of 8+ years of experience.
  • Experience in SAP is mandatory.
  • Blackline, One stream reporting tool, JDE will be preferred.
  • Advanced data analytical skills for using spreadsheets or business intelligence tools.
  • Experienced leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision making.
  • Experienced working with multiple businesses or international business experience.
