Zuora Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled billing expert to implement, configure and support Zuora solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zuora features, billing workflows and troubleshooting.

• Assist in deploying and maintaining Zuora billing modules, subscription models and pricing plans.
• Support integrations between Zuora and external systems such as CRM/ERP platforms.
• Participate in requirement gathering with business and technical teams to deliver billing solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues in Zuora, ensuring accurate billing cycles and invoice generation.
• Support automation of recurring billing processes using Zuora workflows.
• Generate and maintain standard reports related to subscriptions, billing schedules and revenue recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Billing implementation and configuration expertise.
• Experience with subscription billing workflows, amendments, renewals and invoice cycles.
• Familiarity with APIs, data migration and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
