Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wealth Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our wealth advisory unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and delivering tailored financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute daily tasks with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
  • Identify and match clients with suitable investment products that align with their goals and risk tolerance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and proactive follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the Wealth Advisory Head to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Contribute to team performance by sharing best practices and implementing process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree (mandatory)
  • At least 0.6-3 years of experience in a Wealth Advisory environment, preferably in a proactive role within BFSI/Finance/Marketing sector
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and one regional language
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work extra hours as needed and attend company meetings outside regular working hours
