About the Role

  • A seasoned DevOps engineer is needed to lead our build and deployment efforts, including debugging issues and supporting engineering deliveries.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with building Jenkins scripted pipelines using Groovy language, as well as expertise in multi-branching, web hooks, credentials, and permissions usage.

Responsibilities

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Jenkins, Groovy, and GCP.
  • Expert-level Docker, Kubernetes, Helm charts expertise for managing API workload builds, integrations, and deployments.
  • Strong understanding of Google cloud services, including GKE, MIGs, CloudSQL, MemoryStore, and integration patterns with GKE workloads.
  • Excellent understanding of networking (Cloud and on-premise) for E2E workload build and deployments.
  • Hands-on experience with automation of build, deployments, code scanning tools, such as Sonar, Checkmarx, container scan, and automation of tooling integration using web services via pipelines.
  • Good understanding of monitoring tools, such as Datadog, AppDynamics, Grafana, for tooling integrations.
  • Familiarity with Banking domain IT controls and processes is a plus.
  • Terraform tooling for infrastructure build.
  • GCP/AWS, Kubernetes Cloud Certification.
  • Hands-on skills for building Jenkins scripted pipelines using Groovy language.
  • Expert-level Docker, Kubernetes, Helm charts expertise.
