Job Title: Enterprise Data Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced data expert to drive enterprise data strategy, architecture, and implementation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud data warehousing, with proven experience in leading migration and transformation programs.

We need an expert who can:

  • Own the end-to-end solution architecture for SAP Datasphere implementation and integration with enterprise systems.
  • Lead migration strategy from legacy warehouses to Datasphere.
  • Design and implement enterprise data models, semantic layers, and harmonized data views.
  • Define and enforce data governance, security, and compliance within Datasphere.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to define a scalable data roadmap.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Integrate Datasphere with analytics platforms and 3rd party sources.
  • Ensure performance optimization, best practices, and reusable frameworks for data pipelines.
  • Stay updated on innovations, AI/ML integration, and advanced analytics.

Requirements include:

  • 12+ years in data warehousing, data integration, and analytics.
  • Minimum 8+ years hands-on experience in SAP Datasphere (or early adopters with strong BW/4HANA to Datasphere migration experience).
  • Strong expertise in HANA modeling, SQL, and data architecture.
  • Proven experience in enterprise-scale data strategy and transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with APIs and cloud integration.
  • Strong knowledge of BI reporting tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

As a data architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions that meet the needs of the organization.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data strategies that align with organizational goals.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong understanding of data architecture principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and iterative software development.
