We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to oversee the successful execution of various project phases. This role requires strong coordination and planning skills, with a focus on scheduling, procurement, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders for design development, ensuring alignment to project objectives.
  • Conduct and record design review meetings to monitor progress.
  • Develop project plans, track progress, and manage communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Schedule and track GFC drawings delivery, as well as coordinate with MEP managers and consultants for shop drawings and approval.
  • Establish priorities and short-term targets for all consultants to ensure continuous progress of design and adherence to the design schedule.
  • Prepare master project schedules at macro and micro levels, presenting them within various sub-schedule categories.
  • Track the master schedule periodically and derive reports for perusal by the project manager and other stakeholders.
  • Generate reports related to schedule, resource deployment, and costs.
  • Work closely with contractors to develop their respective schedules, ensuring alignment with the master schedule.
  • Produce project-related reports.
