System Architect Role

We are seeking a skilled System Architect to join our team.

  • You will be responsible for deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet customer needs.
  • You will work closely with internal teams to configure and troubleshoot our products.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who can execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately, and securely. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing integrations requested by internal teams and customers.
  • Providing level 2 technical support and resolving queries from internal teams.
  • Building tools to reduce errors and improve customer experience.
  • Performing root cause analysis for production errors.
  • Investigating and resolving technical issues, deploying updates, and fixes.
  • Developing scripts to automate visualization.
  • Designing procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • A basic knowledge of ITIL principles.
  • Strong hands-on Linux Administration & troubleshooting skills, as well as expertise in scripting, VMware, Cron scheduling for backups, LVM.
  • Basics on Java, C++, Ansible, Nginx, Apache, Tomcat.
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, routing).
  • A basic knowledge of UAT-DC-DR environment, VAPT, SCD, SCR, SAN Storage.
  • A basic understanding of MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, Backup & restore, Commvault.
  • Any other technical exposure to different technologies will be an advantage.
  • Installation of packages, patch management, and upgrades.
  • A basic understanding of languages (Shell scripting, Python, Perl).
  • Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service.
