We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our technological journey.

As the Chief Technology lead, you will be responsible for architecting our entire technological universe, translating vision into architecture, and designing, building, and scaling our secure, high-performance platform. You will make key decisions on our stack (Python/Go, React, AWS/GCP, Kubernetes) that balance speed, security, and scale.

You will own our integration with critical systems like SCORES platform and payment gateways, ensuring we build with trust and integrity from day one.

This is a hands-on role, requiring you to write critical code, review PRs, mentor early engineers, and build the culture of technical excellence needed to win.

Champion Innovation by spearheading our deep tech initiatives-from AI-powered personalization to blockchain-based audit trails.

Be our technology ambassador, interfacing with regulators, partners, and investors, translating our technical vision into a compelling story of credibility and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role within FinTech, WealthTech, or a highly regulated BFSI environment
  • Deep expertise in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
  • Understanding of the right technology as a means to business innovation
  • A founder's mindset, energized by 0-to-1 challenges
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, ownership, and building capabilities
  • Ability to speak the language of compliance (SEBI, RBI) as a design constraint inspiring elegant, secure solutions
  • Leadership and mentoring skills, deriving joy from elevating those around you
