Regulatory Compliance Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the homologation process for retrofit emission control devices and automotive products.

  • Develop and implement effective homologation strategies and roadmaps for retrofit emission control devices and automotive products.
  • Establish and manage relationships with test agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring timely execution of strategies and meeting deadlines.
  • Monitor and report on the homologation process, including risks and issues, to senior management.
  • Ensure resources are allocated effectively to meet project objectives.
  • Take ownership of homologation-related projects and foster a culture of process-driven ideas across the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance requirements. Additionally, they should have experience working with external partners and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in homologation, certification, or regulatory compliance, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Experience working with regulatory agencies, certification bodies, and homologation partners.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
