Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and motivated LLM Engineer to join our team. As an LLM Engineer, you will play a crucial role in advancing language-based projects, focusing on Langchain and OpenAI API.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the development team to integrate and optimize language models within the Langchain platform.
  • Utilize expertise in working with the OpenAI API to enhance the capabilities and performance of applications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain language-based features for seamless integration and user-friendly experiences.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide innovative ideas for improving projects and developing new language-related initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure the reliability and efficiency of language models in various applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in natural language processing and contribute insights to the team's knowledge base.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Strong experience working with Langchain, OpenAI API, and other relevant language technologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in NLP, such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Solid understanding of linguistic principles and concepts for fine-tuning and customizing language models effectively.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and deliver high-quality results within specified deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a drive to tackle complex challenges.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills for seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in contributing to open-source language projects or research efforts is a plus.
