Election Analyst

**Job Overview:**

• We are seeking a skilled professional to track political developments, policies, and electoral trends across Maharashtra.

The ideal candidate will have experience in political research, polling, advocacy, journalism, or public policy, as well as strong analytical and writing skills.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Conducting constituency-level research, voter segmentation, and issue mapping;
2. Compiling intelligence reports and insights for campaign teams;
3. Monitoring social media and news to identify emerging narratives;
4. Providing data-driven recommendations to digital/content teams.

**Requirements:**

• Experience in political research, polling, advocacy, journalism, or public policy;
• Strong analytical and writing skills;
• Fluency in Marathi (spoken and written);
• Comfortable with Excel, data visualization, and report writing;
• Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines.
