Program Management Role Overview

This is a strategic position within the India Operations Strategy Team, where you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and ensuring their successful delivery. The role involves strategic planning, coordination across various teams, and ensuring project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and budget.

You will serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including senior leadership, project teams, and external partners/vendors. Your role will also involve risk management, problem-solving, and maintaining organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Management: Oversee the successful delivery of individual projects within the program, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve program management processes, implementing best practices for efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have 4 to 7 years of experience in managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple teams. You should possess excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.

A strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout is also required, along with proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or other industry-standard software.
