Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Software Solutions Developer to drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge applications that meet business objectives. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and configuring applications to align with organizational requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy scalable software solutions that meet business needs.
  • Manage delivery recovery efforts end-to-end, including issue identification, impact assessment, solution implementation, and execution of turnaround plans.
  • Establish and maintain robust delivery governance frameworks aligned with industry-leading methodologies, ensuring adherence to sprint cycles, milestones, and process standards.
  • Monitor and enhance Delivery Experience (DEX), drive reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), and improve delivery quality through measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Built trust with internal and external stakeholders through structured communications, governance routines, and proactive engagement.
  • Support Steering Committees, executive connects, and status reviews to ensure transparency, alignment, and stakeholder confidence.
  • Track and analyze key schedule, quality & financial metrics to identify cost leakages and implement commercial resets and Estimate at Completion (EAC) recovery initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 13-15 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps
  • PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification
  • Relevant platform certifications (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, o9, Supply Chain Platform etc.)
