We are looking for a hands-on cloud professional to join our team as a Principal Cloud Architect.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading customer conversations, translating pain points into cloud solutions. They will also be tasked with architecting robust, scalable cloud systems (AWS/GCP) focused on business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with customers to understand their business pain points, requirements, and challenges.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into robust, scalable, and secure cloud solutions (AWS/GCP), with a focus on customer impact.
  • Act as a strategic consultant, articulating solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead cloud solution design, implementation, and delivery, ensuring projects meet business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Mentor, inspire, and lead technical teams—establishing best practices, fostering collaboration, and supporting professional growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement through proactive identification of technology trends, best practices, and process optimizations.
  • Enable competency development within the organization through workshops, knowledge sharing, and innovation.
  • Maintain compliance with company guidelines, policies, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
  • Expertise in Migrations, Modernizations, Infra-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), containers (Kubernetes/Docker), and DevOps, Security and Observability.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience translating customer business needs into architectural decisions and solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
