Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to leverage their software development experience and lead the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business and information technology processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with process decomposition and modeling.

The selected individual will work closely with junior developer teams, anticipate and address application user concerns, and break complex issues into project steps. Additionally, they will have demonstrated a work ethic and ability to work effectively with people at all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Software Development Experience: 4+ years of full-time development experience in Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, C++, C#, etc.
  • Relational Databases: Experience with relational databases (MySQL or similar) including designing data models and/or entity relationship diagrams for business use cases.
  • Integrations Development: 3+ years practical and technical experience in integrations development.
  • Agile Methodologies: Prior experience with executing Agile development methodologies.
  • Enterprise Systems: Prior experience with enterprise systems including CRM, HRIS, ERP and their corresponding business domain knowledge.

  • Low-Code Platform Experience: Previous experience with operational process reviews and basic internal control requirements preferred.
Others
  • Data Manipulation Skills: Strong computer skills, experience with various software solutions e.g., Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word preferred.
  • Scrum Meetings Participation: Experience participating in or leading Scrum meetings required.
