About This Job

We are seeking an experienced accountant to manage and maintain financial records for Australian companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, as well as minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience. Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update financial records in accordance with Australian accounting standards.
  • Prepare and process financial documents, including invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Utilize accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, and NetSuite to perform bookkeeping tasks efficiently.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
