Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a fine jewellery representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong knowledge of fine jewellery.

About the Role

  • Sell high-end fine jewellery to clients, including diamond, platinum, and gold pieces.
  • Cross-sell products to increase sales and meet assigned targets.
  • Ensure the safety and accountability of exhibited items at all times.
  • Maintain a pleasing personality and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates or experienced professionals with a passion for retail are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in sales or retail is advantageous but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Selling fine jewellery to clients and exceeding sales targets.
  2. Cross-selling products to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
  3. Ensuring the security and integrity of exhibited items at all times.
  4. Providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.
