Medical Operations Assistant Role

This position involves managing administrative tasks in a healthcare setting, including communication with clinicians and clinics, record maintenance, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong written English skills and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-volume communications between clinicians and clinics via approved channels.
  • Ensure records are accurate by verifying titles, deduplicating entries, and validating organization details.
  • Triage inbound responses using pre-defined protocols and update tracking systems.
  • Perform end-of-day quality assurance checks, including counts, exceptions, and variance notes.
Requirements:
  • 0–2 years of experience in medical scribing, hospital administration, pharmacy back-office, RCM, insurance back-office, or medical transcription roles.
  • Strong written English skills and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Docs; familiarity with EMR/EHR/HIMS is an asset.
Working Conditions:
  • Typically 13:30–22:30 IST, Monday to Friday, with adjustments for BST/GMT.
  • Remote working arrangement from India.
  • Long-term, stable administrative role in a medical operations context.
