We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our operations in India.

  • Lead city-wide operational initiatives to deliver timely service to customers.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of ground staff and last-mile operations, including deployment, training, uptime, servicing, and utilization.
  • Analyze processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement, driving enhancements that boost customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  • Design an optimized delivery network to minimize timelines and enhance efficiency.
  • Develop scalable processes that expand the value proposition and can be replicated across top cities nationwide.
  • Establish performance monitoring metrics, tracking key indicators such as on-time delivery, service breaches, lost orders, and cost per service.
  • Foster and lead teams of hub executives and recruiters.
  • Promote service staff acquisition through on-ground marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvements in technology and algorithms used by the operations team.

Requirements-

  • 10-14 years of experience in driving business and last-mile operations.
  • Proven track record of handling operations P&L, managing large grey-collar teams, and navigating complex ground operations.
  • Excellent data and analytical skills to own performance metrics.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
