Data Cloud Specialists play a pivotal role in helping customers unlock their Artificial Intelligence potential. To excel in this position, you will need to possess an impressive track record of simplifying complex technical concepts and translating them into tangible value.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective Data Cloud clients, utilizing your extensive experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales.
  2. A key part of your role will involve crafting highly tailored solutions that resonate with clients, leveraging your deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
  3. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience throughout the sales process.
  4. One of your primary objectives will be to highlight how our solutions align seamlessly with clients' long-term strategic objectives.
  5. Another critical aspect of your role will involve presenting compelling use cases that showcase the tangible business value of Data Cloud.

Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
  • Significant experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales within the context of highly technical sales is essential.
  • Expertise in modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query) acquired through considerable technology sales experience is necessary.
  • An understanding of the Salesforce Advantage across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud to relate Data Cloud requirements in the context of Customer needs is crucial.
  • A heightened business sense and outstanding communication and negotiation skills are also vital.
